American Idol Results Update
On Wednesday night America picked its top 10.
This week it was Amanda Overmyer, Kristy Lee and Carly Smithson who had that least amount of votes this week and were in the bottom 3.
But it was 23 year old Amanda Overmyer who got voted off the show.
This was a big week as the top 10 are the contestants who get to go on the American Idol tour.
The final ten contestants for American Idol include
Brooke White, Michael Johns, David Archuleta, Kristy Lee Cook, Carly Smithson, Jason Castro, Syesha Mercado, Chikezie, and Ramiele Malubay.

My winner is David Archuleta. I vote for Carly to be with him in the finale.
I vote for Carly Smithson. And even though she’s already gone I predict Amanda Overmeyer gets a record deal too…She is too unique for record execs not to try and capitalize on her.
