I need to know if Skype offers a disk for downloads? I have used Skype and now have a new computer (my old one was destroyed) but I can NOT get the download to work it will download 70% and then just stop. If you know how to fix this problem PLEASE respond as I’m at a total loss. I have tried over 15 times and still no download.
