Street Fighter 4 New Character: EL Fuerte Lucha Libre

Hey thought I would give you the heads up about a new character for Street Fighter 4, he is called EL Fuerte a Lucha Libre wrestler. Man he looks pretty sweet and we know how though these wrestlers can be.

I have to say though, on a closer look he looks just like Vega with a new mask. I wonder what skills he will have. Street Fighter 4 does promise to be one of the best fighting games ever.
