Electronic Arts better known as the sports gaming software giant EA Games has tried a take over bid of game developer Take-Two. According to reports EA made some unwelcome passes at some shareholders of Take Two, who make the popular Grand Theft Auto games.
It is no secret that Electronics Arts want to purchase what ever shares are left, and have said that they are prepared to pay $26 for each share. This means that Take Two is work about $2 billion, a figure that they say id way to low.
However it seems as if EA could have some competition, as Take-Two have mentioned that they have had yet another offer for the company, and is for a lot more money. Whoever buys Take-Two out will have a great investment on their hands, as they have sold over 65 million games worldwide.
