Eddie Van Halen’s ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli dismissed reports that he is in rehab

Van Halen’s ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli has dismissed reports that Van Halen has checked into rehab.
It’s said that Valerie refuses to reveal what Van Halen is suffering from, but has insisted that he is not receiving medical care in a substance abuse clinic.
Valerie said that “Eddie is sober. He’s being proactive about his illness“.
It’s said that all Van Halen dates have been postponed until 19 April 2008.
