Sony PS3 getting tons of games in 2008

From the first day of moving to the Sony PS3 from the Xbox 360 I was not impressed with the chat features in games on the Playstation 3, also the collection of games on the PS3 was very limited but understandable because of the head start the Xbox 360 had.

2008 will be the year of the Sony PS3, with its Blu-ray winning the high definition war and tons of games coming to the system this year it will be the end of Xbox 360 gamers saying “The Sony PS3 has no games”.

While the PS3 did come much later than the Xbox 360, it has proven to be the better hardware and this year we see many games coming to the system. Although I will still point out that I prefer the chat features on the Xbox 360, but recent news of improvements coming to Sony PS3′s chat in 2008 are also welcomed.

    I guess you are blind, how can it be crap that the Xbox 360 has better chat and the Sony PS3 is getting many more games this year.

    Hey, an objective article in a webload of fanboy rants! This is cool.
    Xbox was in the elad with a wide range of great games but David is right, the PS3 is better hardware both in terms of features (built in hard drive, connectability and Blu-Ray) and functionality – it doesn’t have a 30% breakdown rate because Microsoft said “to hell with quality control just get the console out cheap (big profits) and before the competition.
    Sony strategy was in for the long haul and not the quick buck and now it’s paying off.

    If you can actually name 5 decent exclusive titles that i will like, that are coming to the ps3 this year. I’ll consider actually keeping my ps3. As right now its sitting there turned off as it has done for 2 weeks.

    MGS 4, Resistance 2, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, SOCOM.

    Here are 5 that i just thought off the top of my head, i dont know if you will like them. but they are good ones. Oh a 6th is LittleBigPlanet.

    You should also try Uncharted and (if you like simple platform games) Ratchet and Clank

    Alternatively if you want hardcore FPS games, buy a PC. My PC and PS3 lets me play all the best games out/coming out, and with no monthly fee. (GoW and Bioshock are better on pc anyway)

    You are confused at Chris point. He’s saying this ARTICLE is crap, not the points in it. I love PS3 and completely agree with him, this site is nothing more than an attempt to draw advertising revenue by having provocative article titles that show up in search engines. From a journalism standpoint, this article is crap and is consistent with the stream of crappy articles on this site. That is Chris’ point. This “article” must have taken 30 seconds to type. Get a real job hack.

    Believe it or not, I read almost every article of these blogs each time they pop up in my RSS (Google News). I tend to follow the website because its popped up so much in Google News. Whether its from Mark, Daniel or, Peter or anyone else, I enjoy reading them. Quit hating on them cause they have a simple way of making money and you dont.

    Also little big planet, home, HAze and other games Possibly cryis. EVEN so what is 360 getting.Gears of war 2 and thats it. MAybe halo wars but PS3 has way more so Sam Moore, u are stupid to leave ur PS3 to sit there. for PS3 fisrt year it also had lost of exclusives like uncharted, ratchet, heavenly sword, warhawk, motarstorm, resistance, and so much more. Even Unreal tournament 3(console exclusive) theres so much more. SO PS3 has always had good games just 2007 was the year of the 360 only because of halo and gears of war and bioshock, now its the year of PS3 and 360 doesnt even have a descent exclusive to compete with ethier one of PS3 exclusive excluding gears of war.
