Resident Evil 4: Mobile Edition: where is the Sony PSP or DS version?

I thought that I have heard it all until I learned that Resident Evil 4 is coming to a cell phone with the mobile edition. Man looking at this video, the game looks rubbish. How will you be able to control the character, it will be very hard that’s all I know.

When playing Resident Evil 4: Mobile Edition on your handset the controls feel a little stiff. However it is early days they may fix this issue. Many gamers have been moaning that the game should be available on the Sony PSP or even the Nintendo DS.
