Lauren Burk update: Police launch manhunt for killer of Auburn University student

The police have now launched a massive manhunt for the killer of Lauren Burk, the 18-year-old student from Auburn University. According to 11 Alive, Burk was found with a gunshot wound on Tuesday, she was then transported to the local hospital, however sadly she was pronounced dead when she arrived.

The Auburn University has issued a statement just to assure other students that there is no danger to any of them at campus, and that the students are safe to resume their studies. However the local police are taking necessary precautions, which means that there is a huge police presence at the campus.
