It has been announced that Iggy Pop will perform a tribute to Madonna at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony next week.
The rocker and his band The Stooges are scheduled to perform at the ceremony in New York’s Waldorf-Astoria Hotel before Justin Timberlake presents the ‘Queen of Pop’ with her award.
Speaking about her induction, Madonna said that “It’s to recognise 25 years of writing, producing and recording. That’s a long time to do a job well, I might add. So yeah, it’s a great sense of accomplishment!”
Madonna’s new album Hard Candy will be released worldwide in April.
Do you think that Madonna still has it in the music industry?

I’m wondering what kind of tribute to Madonna The Stooges would perform. Seems to me it should be the other way round.
