February 28th Was Energy Saving Day: Did you know?

Did you know that yesterday was meant to be Energy Saving Day in the UK. I didn’t, I never once saw an advertisement. This day was being held to see how much energy we could save if we turned off all of our gadget for the day.

But the problem is no-one or very little people knew about it, so naturally the day has not been successful. The figures of how much energy has been saved were up dated on a minute by minute basis. It either showed that people didn’t care about saving energy or people just didn’t know about the campaign.

Did you know about it and more importantly did you switch off.
