At the end of last month the web was alight with exciting news of “Qtrax”, this new free music download service was to change the music industry…what happened?

Allan Klepfisz, Qtrax’s CEO has tried to explain the fiasco at launch and why after 5 years of planning, in the end they did not have the claimed backing of Music labels like Universal Music, EMI and Warner Music.
