DX-4O1S: First external Blu-ray drive by Philips and Lite-On

This is the DX-4O1S and its the first external Blu-ray drive by Philips and Lite-On, it can read Blu-ray Disc media at 4X, CD media at 32X, dual-layer DVD at 8X and single-layer DVD at 12X.

Jelmer Veldman, European Marketing Manager said “Due to recent market developments we can expect an increasing volume of movies to be released in high definition on Blu-ray Discs”…you sure can as HD DVD got its butt kicked.
