The ban has now been lifted from YouTube in Pakistan. Officials removed video clips that were to offensive and have decided to lift the country wide ban. YouTube is a popular site used for sharing video material.

When officials asked internet service providers to enforce this ban, it had repercussions, which meant users around the world were denied access for two hours. All offence material has now been removed and they have convinced the Pakistan lawmakers to allow the site to be used once again.
