Will David Archuleta Win American Idol?

Can anybody beat David Archuleta on American Idol?
David is a fantastic singer and is quite possibly the best thing that American Idol has ever had in the competition and whether he wins or not he is sure to get some kind of deal out of this.
On Tuesday night, David performed his own version of John Lennon’s incredible “Imagine”. His vocals were amazing and that was perhaps the best cover of that song we have ever heard.
David is one of the youngest finalists on the show winning a spot in the top twenty at seventeen years old.
It’s said that David once suffered partial vocal paralysis but refrained from risky surgery and feels he has fully recovered.
What do you think has America found its winner before the show has really got started?

I dunno ppl, I’ve listened to David A’s “Imagine” at least a dozen times now and am still gettin chills. u think i’m hooked on this young man’s talent or am i coming down with the flu?? Also Kidd5, I agree about him being able to sing the telephone book, but I was actually thinkin he could make me tear up with “Row Row Row Your Boat” and “3 Blind Mice” would probably put me over the edge!! lol

David has everything that it takes to be an American Idol, he’s flawless. So consistent with his vocals. He brings the crowd to tears( including me), absolutely stunning performances these last few weeks. My grandfather likes him, and I don’t believe my grandfather has watched American Idol a day in his life. My little sister likes him too. I love him to death. and im sure a lot of people do, but look how far this guy has come. He is likeable and he is cute, but hes also a singer that I keep on recording on my phone and setting it as my ringtone. Amazing- a jem for the whole world to see- Paula Abdul. I believe he will be the next American Idol. He makes people want to get up and dance and sing along with him. I definately want to see more of this guy and learn more about him. he sounds like an angel when he sings, its beautiful

I agree with you Kara, he’s totally amazing. He’s voice is so captivating and gives me a tingling feeling when he’s on stage. I feel so drawn and attracted to him more especially when i see his cute face and whenever he smiles or licks his lips. I love him to death. He’s definitely gonna win American idol and I’ll buy all his CDs, which is gonna be a lot. lol

He will definitely win. I love himt to bits. Even though Simon thought another day in paradise and imagine were gloomy, David doesnt make it sound like that. He’s so amazing and caring
