Mischa Barton charged with two driving offences and for drugs possession

It has been reported that Mischa Barton has been charged with two driving offences and for drugs possession.

Police reported that Mischa’s car straddling two lanes of traffic, before failing to signal when making a turn.

Apparently Mischa spent around seven hours in jail before being released on $10,000 bail.

Prosecutors have said that she would make a formal court appearance tomorrow on the misdemeanor charges.

Barton, 22, was charged with drunken driving, marijuana possession and driving without a license, according to Los Angeles prosecutors.
