Microsoft Live Outage Update: Microsoft Hotmail e-mail and Xbox 360

It has been reported that some users of Microsoft’s Live services have reported difficulties trying to sign in with their Windows Live IDs.

It’s said that the problem is affecting many services, such as the Xbox 360 Live community, as well as the Windows Live Messenger application.

Apparently Microsoft has acknowledged the problem, but has not yet said when they will be fixing it typical.

Samantha McManus who is the spokesperson for Microsoft said that “We are aware that some customers may be experiencing difficulty accessing their Windows Live accounts. We’re actively investigating the cause and are working to take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation as rapidly as possible.”
