Comcast’s BitTorrent, P2P and Traffic Shaping: FCC kicking butt
Many people have been complaining about Comcast and the fact that they are throttling P2P application. This BitTorrent traffic controlling has become a subject that has got the attention of the FCC; it seems as if the FCC and the NY Attorney General are looking forward to kicking butt.

Many people have always hated the FCC when it comes to interfering, however in the instant with Comcast and this whole P2P issue gamers seem glad with the news. However this is not just an issue with Comcast, my brother who lives in England uses Tiscali, and he too has been having trouble with his ISP and Peer2Peer.
