Wii Guitar Hero: Refunds now being offered

We have been told about a turn around for the Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on the Nintendo Wii as there has been some issues with it. The first set of disks that were sold, had stereo sound and not Dolby. At present it is taking about 3 to 4 weeks for a new disks to be sent out to users.

The thing that is really bad about it is that you have to send your old disk back first in order to get a replacement, which means that you are going to be without your game.

The game has been re-mastered by Activision and Nintendo and will provide a replacement, however, if you are wanting a full refund then you can download a refund form, which outlines the requirements.
