I remember as a kid being found by my father with his computer all apart on the floor, when asked what I was doing, I replied “I wanted to see how it works”. While I do not do such things today, many do and some go by the name of hackers.

This is an Eee PC Mod, which was undertaken by “guryhwa” who loves to customize things; it involved soldering and guts for an upgrade to a 1.2GHz Pentium M processor in the Eee PC. The processor is currently running at 840MHz, which the modder hopes to improve.
