Rock is blind: HD DVD Player still standard on laptops instead of Blu-ray

So Toshiba have admitted defeat with their HD DVD format, and Microsoft has also decided to jump ship. So why are Rock still offering HD DVD players as standard on their laptops? It seems to me as if this computer giant has turned a blind eye to the whole format war and the overall outcome.
The thing is we know that Blu-ray have won this format war, so why on earth is Rock still flogging HD-DVD which is now a dead horse? Also the strange thing is that there is not even an option to upgrade to the preferred player that is Blu-ray. The thing is it does seem as if Rock is trying to get rid of old stock, but it would be great if laptop consumers would have a choice in what format they would prefer.
