Dear Miss Dygraf,
My husband ordered your Cardio Twister for me for Christmas 08. I recived it on Christmas eve.
What I,am writing to you about is that your DVD was bad. We have 3 DVD players in our home and it kept saying cannot play. On the 26th of December 08 I had called customer service and they had stated that they had sent a replacement. I never recieved it. They gave me a 60 day trial for my 14.95 since I was not able to start. Again they were going to send another DVD replacement on January 12th 09. I still have not recived it. I know from having family on the east coast that mail reaches california within 3 to 4 days. Also there is no customer status on your site as the voice message indicstes. Just thought you would like to know. Thank You. Still waiting to get started.
