As claims have been made to say that the Brit School is fully of ‘bratty wannabes’ Kate Nash has denied these claims. She was award Best Female Solo Artist at the Brit Awards last Wednesday.
Kate stated to the Daily Star “It stops kids getting into drugs and violence and gives them something to focus on,” and “I’m so glad I went there. It’s a free school and not full of bratty, bitchy wannabe-famous kids [whose] mummy and daddy have paid for them to get on TV.”
Organisers had been accused of highlighting graduates of the school, the school receives financial benefits from the award ceremony.
Kate Nash was pleased with her win at the awards, she also said that winning has cemented something for her and it was something that she hoped she could of won.
I really like Kate Nash’s music and regularly have the CD on.
Do you think that the school is full of brats or just kids with talents trying to make it?
