Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit filed by a busboy

Lindsay Lohan has finally settled a lawsuit filed by a busboy who claimed she was drunk when she hit him with her car in October 2005

Last June Raymundo Ortega filed the suit against Lindsay even though the cops said he was to blame for the wreck on Robertson Blvd.

It’s also said that Raymundo also sued the Ivy, claiming they were responsible because they had served Lindsay drinks. That case was dropped last month.

The terms of Lohan’s settlement are confidential.
