The Red Carpet Is Down: Hollywood Boulevard Is Almost Ready For The Oscars

Yes, it’s that time of year again where all of Hollywood goes into a frenzy prettying themselves up for the highly anticipated Oscars. It’s not just the people making themselves beautiful, with just hours to go until Sunday’s awards ceremony, lights, hedges and flowers are being thrown around Hollywood Boulevard to make it perfect in time for Sunday.

The essential red carpet is now in place (protected with plastic sheeting of course) and Oscars employees are working hard to get the shopping mall looking fit for the kings and queens of the screens!

Everyone wants the venue to look perfect as not only will Hollywoods hotshots be there, but millions of people from 190 countries will also be looking on thanks to the television broadcast.

We gave you the Oscar Nominations a while back and it still seems No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood, both with eight nominations, will be the big winners of the night - but which one, if any, will walk away with the coveted ‘Best Picture’ award?
