Grand Theft Auto IV is not even out yet and the developers Rockstar have already been working hard at character development. Just take a look at this latest trailer which features Phil Bell, he does not mix his words and if he wants to get things sorted, and that’s where his baseball bat or fully automatic weapon comes in.

His character is awesome, all this tell me about it. There is also another trailer for the new Grand Theft Auto IV game, which is trying to sell you a Dilettante Hybrid. It is very funny, and it is putting a environmental message across in a strange way.
