80GB Sony PS3 dropped: how close is the 120GB PlayStation 3

Well how official does it have to get, Sony Style have now dropped the 80GB PS3, so all that is left on the Sony website is a 40GB version and I must say it looks very lonely there. However could the games console be getting a friend soon?

There has been a number of rumors about a 120GB PlayStation 3, and this is the time where people will start to think that we could actually be a step closer to bigger brother of the 40GB PS3. I have been thinking of purchasing a PS3 for a few days now, but the news of only having the choice of a 40GB version is not good. I do not want to add an external hard drive as that spoils the whole look of the sexy PS3.
