Nintendo Wii Fit and Wii Ware ready for May release in U.S.

Well it seems like we have been waiting for an eternity for the U.S. release of the Nintendo Wii Fit and Wii Ware, however it seems as if the wait will finally be over as the games console giant has announced a release date for May 2008. The Wii Fit is actually the nickname for the Wii Balance Board and has been the topic of conversation amongst Nintendo Wii users for months.

According to Reuters, Nintendo also plan to release Wii Ware in the states in May as well, this will allow game publishers to offer their new titles through the internet as a download, instead of on a disc, much like how people did with Warhawk on their Sony PS3.
