Ducati 1098 is 2008 International Bike of the Year: do you agree?

No one could disagree that the Ducati 1098 is a superb machine, and it seems that many people agree as it has won the 2008 International Bike of the Year. The Ducati 1098 received 22 of all the votes, which is 13 more than its closest rival the Triumph Street Triple.

It does seem as if 2008 is the year for Ducati as the 1098S took third place, the Desmosedici grabbed sixth and the Hypermotard took seventh place. However it is not just the motorcycle industry who thinks that these Ducati bikes are great, as you the consumer also seems to agree.
