The British Eurovision Contenders Announced

The six acts vying to represent the UK at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest have been announced. Actress Michelle Gayle, X Factor star Andy Abraham and Any Dream Will Do star Rob McVeigh are among the hopefuls.

Also hoping to represent the country at Belgrade on May 24 are How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? finalist Simona Armstrong, and girl groups The Revelations and LoveShy.

The six will compete on the show Eurovision - Your Decision on BBC One in March.
