With so many X-Men Origins: Wolverine rumours flying around, it’s hard to pick the ones which we think will actually materialise into something. This one has my attention as, after months of speculation that Michael C. Hall was set to play young William Stryker, it has been reported that it may actually be Danny Huston who’ll play the role.
It is said that Huston is currently on set in New Zealand preparing for the role. We’re pretty confident in Danny Huston’s abilities, after all both location and comic book subject matter is no stranger to him after his work on 30 Days Of Night.
Another interesting rumour is that there have been on-set tests of a gigantic fat suit for The Blob… that’s right The Blob could be a possible character in the Wolverine movie! In the comics, The Blob weighed in at 500 lbs, but of course this is a big Hollywood block busters so they’re testing suits weighing 800lbs and 1200lbs!
Do you think Danny Huston fits the bill as William Stryker?
