Has Britney Spears has given up fighting for her kids? Well according to Britney’s first husband Jason Alexander she has.

Jason who was married to Britney for just 55 hours, has spoken out about his former wife’s custody battle with second ex-husband Kevin Federline.

He tells America’s In Touch Weekly magazine that Britney accepts she’s no model mum and she doesn’t want her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James back.

Alexander said that “She wants to see them (kids), but she doesn’t want to be a full-time mom. She said it doesn’t matter if she doesn’t get them back full-time, and that she can always have other kids later on. I got a phone call, a voice mail, that said, ‘Hey! It’s me. I know we haven’t spoken in a while.’ It was Britney. She said she’d call me back, and we’ve been speaking ever since”.
