Are LG Laptop Batteries Safe? The company confirms they are

We must all admit laptop batteries are a lot safer than they were, and not many of them now are catching fire like they used to. Now and then you will here of some news of laptop batteries mysteriously going ablaze.

The latest news comes from LG and they are confirming that their laptop batteries are safe, Korean mega-conglomerate said that they wrapped up an investigation into reports that came about last month saying an LG sourced battery exploding in a reporter’s laptop.

Apparently it was a freak accident; according to giants LG they said under normal conditions there is no way that a laptop PC battery will combust. Yeah right LG you would say that wouldn’t you.
