Paul Bettany Takes The Lead Role In Legion

Paul Bettany has landed the lead role in Legion, a film following the story of what happened when God loses faith in humanity and starts to send his army of angels down to Earth to wipe out mankind.

Mankind’s only saving grace is a group of misfits, who hole up in a diner in the desert and their new ally, the archangel Michael (Bettany).

It seems a great lead role for Bettany, who I’m sure will do justice to the role. It’s a directional debut for director Scott Stewart so it’ll be exciting to see what he conjures up.
