Namco’s Culdcept Saga Video Review: Xbox 360 virtual board game

This is Namco’s Culdcept Saga, which will be on the Xbox 360; it’s a virtual board game that plays like a cross between Monopoly and Magic the Gathering.

The virtual board game world does not work well with me, I prefer to have a hands-on and play the game on an actual board game, and in that format this game looks like it would be amazing.

If it wants to be a video game, then you should not have cards that symbolize creatures, instead have monsters actually fighting each other. Although some gamers will dig Culdcept Saga, Xbox Live will help virtual board game players connect from all over the world.

The game would be very good for the Nintendo DS or Sony PSP, but we have heard it’s only on the 360 for now.
