Michael Jackson has released a video message (which you can see below) to fans to mark the 25th anniversary of his Thriller album.
In the video the Michael reveals his plans to record new material, claiming his “passion for music has never stopped”. He said that “It’s hard to believe that 25 years ago (producer) Quincy Jones and I embarked on an album named Thriller. There is still much more to come for Michael Jackson. My passion for music has never stopped. It’s my hope that Thriller continues to live on for each new generation to discover”.
A special edition of the album was released in the U.S. yesterday to mark the anniversary.
