Valentine cards from shops or E-Cards for Valentines Day, how will you send?

Not everyone will celebrate Valentines Day, but for those of you that do how do you send them. With email replacing millions of letters that did get sent by normal post, how many Valentine cards will be replaced with E-Cards.

Personally I am giving my wife a Valentine card that will be brought from a shop, but it does make me wonder how many people will send via online E-Cards.
