Blackberry RIM (Research In Motion) Outage: no email or internet browsing

Are you a Blackberry RIM smartphone user and not able to email, use internet browsing or to send and receive messages, as we are hearing that Research In Motion users are in the middle of an outage.

New BlackBerry subscribers may not even be able to register their device, other problems we are hearing include BlackBerry Connect and BlackBerry-enabled devices not being able to receive a PIN if they require it.
