Microsoft: purchase software company Danger

It has been announced at the Mobile World Congress that Microsoft will be purchasing the software maker Danger. The company is behind the sidekick mobile telephone which is available on T-mobile in the UK and the US.
“Danger brings enormous software and service experience to Microsoft”, “Going forward it completes the picture for us from being just a business player to one that will appeal to lifestyle users.” said Robbie Bach, president, Entertainment & Devices Division.
There have been no price details of the sale given.
