More recently the Samsung BD-UP5000 hybrid player has been axed, this has obviously upset a few consumers and one decided to sue Samsung. They have filed a lawsuit alleging Samsung sold “defective Blu-ray players” to consumers; it goes on to say Samsung was “fully aware of the defective nature of the player [BD-P1200, in particular] at the time of manufacture and sale.”
