The first BoKLok homes are now available in Gateshead. A tow bedroom apartment has been fitted out and a two bedroom unit has also been fitted out and converted into an office/marketing complex.
The BoKLok homes are a development between Live Smart @ Home and Ikea, they are designed to give young people and families a spacious and realistic priced home. The first residents should be moving in around March and the development is located in Felling which is just outside of Gateshead.
