There is a new service at gas stations in the Netherlands and it’s a full automatic pumping station. Dutch inventors have revealed this robot arm which costs $111,100 which will fill your car up with fuel.

When the vehicle pulls up at the pump the robot will measure what type of vehicle you have and it will then be able to match in its database and pick the correct fuel you require. Not 100% how it works, but to me it looks like a recipe for disaster, but nevertheless it could work well.

The robotic arm will extend to the car and will use its many sensors so that it won’t give your vehicle a nasty scratch, it can flip open the fuel door and unscrew the cap and put the nozzle into the tank. The system is called ‘Tankpitstop’, it will work with any vehicle that has been pre-programmed and has a screw opening filler cap.
