Archos 405 PMP gets a capacity bump to 30GB

It looks like lots of gadgets are getting some extra storage space this week, the other day we had the 16GB Apple iPhone and 32GB iPod Touch and today we are hearing that the Archos 405 PMP is getting its capacity bumped up to 30GB.

Although its not new technology like SSD, the Archos 405 is doing it the low tech way with a 30GB hard drive instead of flash. Although this does make things cheaper at just €199 ($293). Anyone living in Europe will be able to get this at the end of February, although there is no North American release yet.
