Tiscali COD4 P2P Update on Sony PS3: still connecting problems in Call of Duty 4

With still 8 days to go before I’m connected to BT Broadband, I thought I would give you an update on the Tiscali COD4 P2P problem.
I am able to get into games now when searching (although very slow at times), but trying to invite friends to games that are on Tiscali or if they try and invite me in is near impossible…it works rarely even to the point of switching off and walking away in frustration.
So it looks like Tiscali still do not understand the difference between P2P gaming and torrent sites. Oh well, lucky for me in 8 days my problems should be over when I am on with BT.
