You may have heard of Apple TV and even their upcoming Take 2 upgrade, but you may not of known that a similar device called the “Vudu” was allowing users to download video content to the appliance without the need of a computer way before AppleTV did.
You do not have to be the best to be more popular (just look at the taste of Burger King vs. MacDonald’s).
The Vudu wants to keep in strong competition with the Apple TV Take 2, so they cut the price by 25% a little while ago and now are releasing a software upgrade to 1.2 that adds better software features and more high-def content.
Vudu has added more HD movies at a price $4 each, the same price as Apple’s…visit vudu.com for more details.
What do you like more, Vudu or Apple TV?
