Spiderman was first introduced in 1962 and two of the most expensive comic books ever sold were Amazing Fantasy 15. The book that is still in existence and practically in perfect condition is the issue ‘Amazing Spiderman #1. It is now worth over $40,000, a lot more than the 12 cents it originally sold for.
