Coronation Street: Will Liam and Maria Make it Down the Aisle??

Monday – Jerry steps in when a battle between Eileen and Gail breaks out over whether Sarah should be told about Jason’s night with Becky, meanwhile Jason has left for Milan to try and sort his marriage out. Eileen is left to tell Becky that Jason has left to sort things with Sarah, Becky is left heartbroken.

Maria is happy that she is getting along with Liam’s parents well, Carla turns up with Tony and Helen, Liam’s mum makes a comment on how quickly Carla has got over Paul. It becomes very clear that whilst Maria is being accepted as part of the Connor family Carla is jealous.

Meanwhile Violet announces that she would like to have a home birth and Sean is not happy about this as he is worried about complications. Also Michelle is hurt when she gets stood up by Alex.

Wednesday – Carla knows just how to spoil a good time and this times it Maria’s hen night. Maria tries to rise above the constant jibes from Carla, but Michelle finds her crying in the toilets. Michelle takes Carla into the back room and tells her to lay off Maria.

Eileen is stunned when Jason turns up at home with a split lip and news that it is over with Sarah. He explains that when he told Sarah what had happened with Becky, she told him it was over.
Michelle is annoyed when Ryan comes back from Liam’s stag party and he is drunk. Maria is furious and gores looking for Liam and she finds him tied to a bus shelter and that Carla has already released him but is standing just a little too close.

Friday (1) – The factory girls give Liam a wedding send off and Carla is struggling to get in the spirit of things. Maria move into Audrey’s for the night and Carla decided to pay Liam a visit, will she convince Liam not to marry Maria.

Realizing that he needs to face Becky, Jason goes over to the café where she cracks him one of the face, Lloyds takes her off to cool down. The to make things worse Jason bumps in to Gail. But surprisingly Gail says that she is sad to hear that things have finished for good. Steve and Michelle try not to think about Alex at Amy’s birthday party, Alex calls and Michelle tells Steve that’s he will be back in time for the party.

Friday (2) – Carla gets all of her courage together and goes to Liam to tell him that they must face up to their feelings and that he will be making a big mistake if he marries Maria. Liam storms off to buy a new short for Ryan, but later he goes to the flat and tells her to back off and he storms off.
Carla turns up at number 7 and attempts to kiss him, Maria turns back up on the street after forgetting something and she sees Carla trying to give her fiancé a kiss. Will they ever make it down the aisle??

Michelle is upset to hear that Alex is not at all close with his family and he feels that he is being squeezed out now that Wendy has a new partner. Michelle speaks to him about the rest of the family. Alex asks if he can come back to the pub and go the Amy’s birthday party, but Michelle tells him no as she is worried about upsetting Ryan. Michelle misses the party and understandably Steve is furious, Michelle is now concerned that she will lose Steve too.

Fiz has concerns for Chesney as he is living in squalor, she makes Chesney move in with her so that she can look after him properly, but will Chesney want to leave Kirk on his own.
