Lost Season 4 Premiere: what did you think?

Lost has finally returned after an eight-month gap and this episode was an odd mix of satisfaction and, at the end, frustration.
It Picked right up where the finale left off and there was a good chunk of ground covered.
It went kind of back to the spot we were at the beginning of Season 3, with the Oceanic survivors divided into two camps one behind Locke and one behind Jack.
This time, however, it comes down to who gives the more convincing case to be rescued.
What did you think of the first episode?

Frustrating. For all the ground that was covered, I felt there needed to be more clarity on some basic things. Like at the end, Jack and Kate seem to be alone. Where did the rest of their group go? And who of the main cast went with Locke and who other than Kate stayed behind? I didn’t think Hurley was a proper choice for a season premiere focus even though it was his grief that seemed to sway people to follow Locke. They gave us more clues to the future but that could have been let go for awhile for all I care. They made what could have been a double episode into a single, and that’s the shame of it all, what with a shortened season ahead. And Jack looks like he’s been on a picket line for three months. He needs to eat more poi.
If you live outside of the US and missed the airing of season 4…you can’t view it on abc’s site.
Very frustrating. TIP for others outside of the US…I did however pick it up on utorrent after searching for torrent to view this episode.
