You got to see this, the Apple MacBook Air dissected, taken apart to reveal the real inner. We love what iFixit have done, applying the Xacto to Apple’s MacBook Air. Some cool discoveries were found when disassembling; the first is the Apple Mac Air has the same multi-touch trackpad control chip as the iPod touch and iPhone.

If you want to try and remove the battery then go on have fun with it, but you will have to take out 19 screws to do it, what happened to the Apple’s non-removable tit bit).
