Do you want a new Microsoft Xbox 360? Just email Bill Gates

We all know that all you 360 owners who are having problems with faulty consoles are getting frustrated and that when you call the customer service for help you get to wait a very long time for a replacement, if at all you get a replacement.
Anyway according to “The Consumerist” they are reporting that there is a new twist on the process, all you need to do it seems is email Bill Gates directly.
One of the Consumerist readers called Jon spent weeks dealing with the Microsoft customer service and in the end was finally handed to the escalation department who in the end fixed his problem, now two years later Jon is having more problems, so instead of calling the customer service he just found Bill Gates email address and sent him an email.
Get this, after he sent the email he was called by the escalation department and told him his new console has been shipped. So it seems the moral of the story is, forget customer service and email Bill Gates.
We are not responsible Bill Gates if they all send you emails, we are just telling readers about Jon’s story.
