Zink the Inkless Photo Printer

We would all like to have a pocket sized printer on which we could get out photos in an instant, but here something new and it doesn’t use ink. This is what got me interested. The Zink (which stands for no ink) prints off a picture using thermal heat onto special paper Zink paper.

The paper is made up of four layers and each layer is a different color (cyan, magenta, black and yellow. This Polaroid Instant Mobile Photo Printer is one of the first pocket sized Zink printers. You can print 2 x 3” photos within seconds, the printer will be compatible with cell phones and digital cameras. The printer Zink printer will be available soon in store at a price of $99.00
